Northwestern Hair Restoration is a Chicago hair transplant and aesthetic surgery practice led by Dr. Vinay Rawlani. When they came to CWDSC in December 2022, the clinical side of the business was strong — experienced physician, solid outcomes, satisfied patients. The marketing side was a different story.
The practice had been through multiple website and SEO companies before, mostly sourced through industry conferences. The pattern was always the same: monthly reports that looked positive, no honest conversation about what wasn’t working, and results that never justified the spend.
